I just wanted to take a minute this morning to thank all of you who have continued to send encouraging messages (and phone calls!) about the little series of stories I've written so far on the farm.

It's been a fun surprise to know that many of you relate to some of my experiences, or can "rough it" a bit for the first time if you've always been more prone to the sophisticated.
(Meaning if you've never bathed in a creek or grew up with more than one light bulb in your home.) You know, fancy stuff.
I also appreciate the positive comments on the photos. I always use pictures I've taken myself. I'm glad you enjoy them.
(Big Disclaimer: In a recent post on Chocolate, I used a stock photo of some melted chocolate. Mainly because I'm cheap and didn't want to melt a lot of chocolate just to take a picture of it.)
So thanks again, and I hope you keep hanging around!
